You know what'd make Tank Gen suck less, and be more competitive with the other armies? If they had 'super ECMs', in the way that Inf Gen has his 'super hackers', which could shut down buildings as well as vehicles, so they could take on base defenses without artillery. Actually, come to think of it, since all hackers can shut down buildings- what happens if you put a hacker in an outpost, then attack a building with it? If it worked, couldn't all of the China factions' attacks be a lot more powerful that way?
